"The Last Keeper" World Premiere

Updated: Apr 25

After almost two years in the making, the second film in "The Killing the Shepherd" series, "The Last Keeper" will have its world premiere. The Shepherds of Wildlife Society and the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust of Scotland have coordinate a film tour across theatres in the U.K. beginning on April 25, 2024 in Edinburgh, Scotland. At select events, director Tom Opre and other key colleagues will answer questions after the film screening - offering attendees a unique chance to go behind the scenes and learn more about the making of the film and the issues driving wildlife management in Scotland. "This is what we've been working towards - a chance to highlight the issues the game keepers of Scotland are facing..." commented Opre regarding the tour, "we are excited to connect with people at the screenings and join in on the conversations that the film inspires." Select a link below for each theatre location to purchase tickets. Space is limited so register early. Tickets are only £10 and any profit made from the combined viewings across Scotland will be split between Shepherds of Wildlife and GWCT.
