Produced as a 73 minute feature documentary film Killing the Shepherd is now available as a 30 minute educational video. Learn about the real issues surrounding wildlife and habitat conservation in remote Zambia. The film is available to screen for school, corporate board meetings, political events, and any other event which helps educate people about the difficult issues we face in wildlife and habitat conservation.
Educating the Public
Tom Opre, founder of Shepherds of Wildlife Society and Director of the Killing the Shepherd film series, has traveled the world to reach and educate decision-makers and citizens who engage in the public arena on the impact of hunting and conservation, and also the role rural communities play in the management of local wildlife resources.
